This page explains what prdxit.com stores in your browser. The short version: this site sets no cookies. It keeps two small entries in your browser's own storage so that the cart and the catalogue work, and neither of them is sent to us.
What we store
- Your cart, in local storage. The items in your cart: for each one the product's id, name, short description, category, price, currency, tax and stock details and image address, and the quantity you chose. It lets your cart survive moving between pages and coming back later. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is kept until you remove the items or clear this site's data.
- Your place in the catalogue, in session storage. Which category you were browsing, how far down the catalogue you had loaded, and the list of categories, so a reload puts you back where you were. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab (a tab your browser reopens for you can bring it back with it).
Neither entry holds anything about you — no name, contact details or identifier — and both exist only because you used the cart or the catalogue.
Analytics
We measure how the site is used with our own analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not track you across other websites. Our Privacy Policy explains what it records.
Signing in to the admin panel
People who manage a shop or its forms sign in to a separate admin panel. When they do, that panel's sign-in service sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep them signed in. Those cookies belong to the admin panel, not to this site, and ordinary visitors never get them.
Why there is no cookie banner
A cookie banner asks for your consent to storing things that are not needed for what you asked the site to do. This site stores nothing like that: the two entries above only keep the cart and the catalogue working, and the analytics uses no cookies or storage at all. A banner here would ask you to consent to nothing, so there isn't one.
Managing what is stored
Every browser lets you view and clear site data, usually under its privacy or history settings. Clearing this site's data empties your cart and forgets your place in the catalogue; nothing else on the site depends on it.
